01Nature of Services
Ashcroft Intelligence Ltd is an asset-reclamation firm. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or registered law firm. We do not hold client funds, and no communication on this website constitutes investment or legal advice.
02Regulatory Status
Ashcroft is registered in England & Wales (Companies House no. 09842013) and supervised for anti-money-laundering purposes by HMRC (AML reg. no. XAM00000123456). Where legal action is required, work is delivered by regulated legal partners admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
03Jurisdictional Coverage
We work across 20+ jurisdictions through our partner network. Not every remedy is available in every jurisdiction; the availability of freezing orders, chargeback rights or criminal referral depends on where funds and counterparties are located. Your engagement letter identifies the jurisdictions applicable to your case.
04No Solicitation
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation of services in jurisdictions where such an offer would be unlawful. Visitors are responsible for ensuring that engaging Ashcroft is permitted under their local law.
05Past Results & Testimonials
Case outcomes shown on this site are illustrative, drawn from anonymised historical matters. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Individual outcomes vary based on facts, jurisdiction and counterparty behaviour.
06Third-Party References
Names of exchanges, banks, courts and platforms are used descriptively. Their use does not imply endorsement of Ashcroft by those entities or vice versa.
07Modern Slavery & ESG
Ashcroft is committed to acting ethically and with integrity across all business relationships. Our modern slavery statement and supplier code of conduct are available on request from compliance@ashcroftintelligence.com.
