01Conformance Target
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. The design system is regularly audited against this standard.
02Features We Have Implemented
Semantic HTML landmarks, visible focus indicators on every interactive element, keyboard-navigable menus, ARIA labels on form fields and icon-only controls, colour contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text, and respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
03Known Limitations
Some interactive charts in the client portal are not yet fully screen-reader accessible. A tabular alternative is provided beside every chart, and full parity is planned for the next release.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email access@ashcroftintelligence.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to provide the requested information in an accessible format at no cost.
05Enforcement
UK visitors unhappy with our response may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). EU visitors may contact the national enforcement body designated under Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
